Stayed for three nights, and while the hotel is an older one, the room, gym,pool/hot tub, and grounds in general are great. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a slight leak in the ceiling from plumbing, but it was quickly taken care of, and while the staff and general manage offered to move us to another room immediately, we decided to stay put since we really enjoyed the room's balcony view overlooking San Antonio. One slight caveat about the hotel is that parking is an extra $28/night, and although there is a cheap lot a block away, the GM, Joe, was kind enough to comp us the hotel's lot for our stay due to the leak, as well as give us a generous late check out. Joe's the man!

Paguei muito mais pelo que achei que seria um bom quarto de hotel. I paid a lot more for what I thought would be a nice hotel room. They charged us $28 for parking when the parking lot beside it was only $20 then charged my card $40. Get into our room and its outdated. Mold growing in the bathroom. The door sticks so you we couldn't close the door because it may not open again. The tile were cracked missing chunks in the floor and and one tile completely fell down. There was hair in the shower and tub needed a deep scrubbing. Very disappointed with our stay. I expect this from a hotel thats like $50 not triple that amount.

I give it a 3 due to the balance of things The parking lot is not free is $27 per night The room view we got was towards roofs and satellite and back roads Completely oposité from what i asked Also when there was snow, i walked outside for a bit to enjoy the snow And the reception locked me outside in the cold The beds didnt look like queen sizes, the look more like full or twin sizes And they didn’t have microwaves in the roomsNow, the customer service was nice The ladies in the service desk were polite when we arrived and when we needed somethingThe location is great and walking distance from everything

Right off the biggest smiles and ball of joy was dj. She treats you like a long time friend. We looked forward to seeing her everyday of our stay. I will definitely never forget her and I will come back as long as she works here. She was always interested how our day was and excited to hear about our adventures. Otis was amazing. Called down to figure out how to save a champagne bottle and he was quick to bring up plastic wrap and it worked like a charm. Booked this room of of hotline and it was amazing. The only complaint I have would be the waiter on Friday night took so long to track down that getting another drink was impossible. But had beer up in the room so no harm no fowl

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand. The general manager is a disgrace to the hospitality industry who should be working in a Target. The check-in process was cumbersome and riddled with hotel-side issues. Booking did not communicate my reservation to the front desk, and the general manager refused to take ownership of the problem, insisting that it was not his error. Whether or not it was is fault, the general manager of a hotel should apologise for mistakes that occur within their system rather than pass off blame to another party. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a hotel manager of a self-acclaimed 4-star hotel. The only redeeming quality of my hotel room was the view. The furniture and popcorn ceilings probably have not been updated since the 90s. On top of this, my hotel room reeked of detergent, which was probably to cover up the smell of urine and fecal matter embedded into the carpet. The bedsheets were starchy and the pillows lumpy. My experience in this hotel was so bad that I decided to forfeit the first night’s fee and cancel my reservation to change hotels. I strongly advise all visitors to the San Antonio area to reconsider staying at this hotel.

A equipe da frente é maravilhosa. Sério, este hotel escolheu os melhores indivíduos amigáveis ao cliente em toda a San Antonio. A equipe da frente realmente fez amizade com minha filha. Tanto que, um membro da equipe fez para ela um cartão de agradecimento feito à mão! Quer dizer, realmente, quem faz isso hoje em dia? Estou impressionado com a equipe incrível, incluindo DJ :) Minha filha tem falado sobre isso a noite toda. O hotel era lindo. Era calmo e extremamente limpo. Estou tão feliz por ter escolhido esta joia. Eu gostaria de poder dar a este lugar estrelas mais altas.

Front staff is wonderful. Seriously, this hotel has picked the best customer friendly individuals in all of San Antonio. The front staff really made friends with my daughter. So much so, one staff member made her a hand made thank you card! I mean really, who does that nowadays? I'm beyond amazed with the amazing staff, including DJ :)My daughter has been talking about it all night. The hotel was beautiful. It was calm and extremely clean. I'm so glad I picked this gem. I wish I could give this place higher stars.

Really beautiful hotel, with nicely furnished and decorated rooms, great balconies and a stunning courtyard. The front desk staff was remarkable: professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help me with an issue with my reservation. Location is great also. Highly recommended.

If anyone out there is trying to find great deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and they had the best rates worldwide! One of the best maintained Marriott properties I've stayed at recently. Everything is very clean and neat. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Nice to have the restaurant and bar open again. Rooms are large, hopefully the bathrooms will get a refresh in the next year or two.

Muito confortável e a equipe é tão profissional quanto eles vêm para um Marriott. Definitivamente teria obtido 5 estrelas, mas eles não me informaram que você tem que pagar uma taxa de estacionamento de US $ 25,00 apenas para estacionar no hotel. Também por US $ 145,00 por noite, você pensaria que viria com um micro-ondas e uma varanda. E não estar diretamente próximo ao poço do elevador, ouvindo-o subir e descer a noite toda com paredes vibrantes. Mas, no geral, a estadia foi agradável e a equipe definitivamente compensa as outras coisas desagradáveis.

Very comfortable and the staff are as professional as they come for a Marriott.It definitely would have gotten 5 stars but they did not inform me that you have to pay a $25.00 parking fee just to park at the hotel. Also for a $145.00 a night room you would think that it would come with a microwave,and a balcony. And not be directly next to the elevator shaft, hearing it go up and down all night with vibrating walls. But overall the stay was pleasant and the staff definitely make up for the otherunpleasantries.
