“I paid a lot more for what I thought would be a nice hotel room. They charged us $28 for parking when the parking lot beside it was only $20 then charged my card $40. Get into our room and its outdated. Mold growing in the bathroom. The door sticks so you we couldn't close the door because it may not open again. The tile were cracked missing chunks in the floor and and one tile completely fell down. There was hair in the shower and tub needed a deep scrubbing. Very disappointed with our stay. I expect this from a hotel thats like $50 not triple that amount.”

“I give it a 3 due to the balance of things The parking lot is not free is $27 per night The room view we got was towards roofs and satellite and back roads Completely oposité from what i asked Also when there was snow, i walked outside for a bit to enjoy the snow And the reception locked me outside in the cold The beds didnt look like queen sizes, the look more like full or twin sizes And they didn’t have microwaves in the roomsNow, the customer service was nice The ladies in the service desk were polite when we arrived and when we needed somethingThe location is great and walking distance from everything”
