“Stayed for three nights, and while the hotel is an older one, the room, gym,pool/hot tub, and grounds in general are great. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a slight leak in the ceiling from plumbing, but it was quickly taken care of, and while the staff and general manage offered to move us to another room immediately, we decided to stay put since we really enjoyed the room's balcony view overlooking San Antonio. One slight caveat about the hotel is that parking is an extra $28/night, and although there is a cheap lot a block away, the GM, Joe, was kind enough to comp us the hotel's lot for our stay due to the leak, as well as give us a generous late check out. Joe's the man!”

“Very comfortable and the staff are as professional as they come for a Marriott.It definitely would have gotten 5 stars but they did not inform me that you have to pay a $25.00 parking fee just to park at the hotel. Also for a $145.00 a night room you would think that it would come with a microwave,and a balcony. And not be directly next to the elevator shaft, hearing it go up and down all night with vibrating walls. But overall the stay was pleasant and the staff definitely make up for the otherunpleasantries.”
