“O hotel tinha problemas muito menores. Nosso refrigerador do quarto não estava funcionando, mas a equipe estava disposta a refrigerar minhas sobras para mim na recepção. O chão do nosso quarto tinha uma pequena quantidade de entulho que parecia comida. Havia um leve cheiro perto do nosso banheiro, mas nada insuportável. No geral, meu namorado e eu ainda gostamos da nossa estadia. As comodidades eram excelentes. A localização era extremamente conveniente. Todo o pessoal foi educado. Ficaria de novo.”

“El servicio es una broma. Al registrarnos, nos cobraron un depósito, en una habitación que ya se pagó en línea antes del registro. Cuando intenté preguntar por qué no se mencionaba esta tarifa en su sitio web, o en cualquier otro lugar en línea, la chica del registro fue para conseguir a su gerente.
