“Mi hija y yo viajamos recientemente a San Antonio y nos alojamos en el hotel Canopy. El personal era genial y el restaurante era muy bueno. Disfrutamos de la decoración moderna y la proximidad a la parte concurrida del paseo del río y las partes más tranquilas. Los únicos aspectos negativos para nosotros fueron el tamaño pequeño de la zona de ducha/inodoro y el servicio de limpieza limitado. Me gustaría que durante esta nueva temporada de Covid los hoteles tuvieran servicios de limpieza estándar y, si desea optar por no hacerlo, puede hacerlo.”

“O serviço é uma piada. No check-in, foi cobrado um depósito em um quarto que já havia sido pago online antes do check-in. Quando tentei perguntar por que não havia menção a essa taxa no site deles, ou em qualquer outro lugar online, a garota do check-in foi para conseguir seu gerente. É bom saber que o pessoal não consegue responder a perguntas simples. Quando fiz a mesma pergunta ao gerente, a resposta dele, em vez de responder à pergunta simples que foi feita, foi dizer: "Vejo que você está chateado ... podemos cancelar a reserva ou você pode pagar a taxa" . Serviço incrivelmente rude, de alguém que é suposto a um gerente. Eu gostaria apenas de uma resposta à pergunta extremamente simples que fiz ... se existe essa taxa de "depósito" no check-in, por que ela não é mencionada EM QUALQUER LUGAR no site deles, ou em qualquer outro site de reservas. Estou simplesmente esperando transparência no que se refere às taxas cobradas. O fato de a pergunta não poder ser respondida me diz que é porque os funcionários não têm uma boa resposta e são apenas taxas extras que a Hilton deseja cobrar de seus clientes para tirar proveito delas. NUNCA vou ficar em outro estabelecimento Hilton, mais uma vez. Se eles não podem ser transparentes sobre suas taxas, o que mais eles estão escondendo ...”
