“El servicio es una broma. Al registrarnos, nos cobraron un depósito, en una habitación que ya se pagó en línea antes del registro. Cuando intenté preguntar por qué no se mencionaba esta tarifa en su sitio web, o en cualquier otro lugar en línea, la chica del registro fue para conseguir a su gerente. Es bueno saber que el personal no puede responder preguntas simples. Cuando le hice la misma pregunta al gerente, su respuesta, en lugar de responder la pregunta simple que se hizo, fue decir: "Puedo decir que estás molesto ... podemos cancelar la reserva o puedes pagar la tarifa". . Servicio increíblemente grosero, de alguien que se supone que es un gerente. Solo me gustaría una respuesta a la pregunta extremadamente simple que hice ... si hay esta tarifa de "depósito" al momento del check in, ¿por qué no se menciona en CUALQUIER LUGAR en su sitio web o en cualquier otro sitio web de reservas? “Ok, pensé que me estaba quedando en un hotel de 4 estrellas, comencemos por ahí. Pagué más de $ 270 por una noche. Lo primero que me dice la señora es una tontería sobre mi reserva (que se hizo con mucha anticipación). Termino en una habitación directamente enfrente de la construcción que estuvo en curso durante toda la estadía. Simplemente martilleando y golpeando toda la mañana y todo el día. La peor parte fueron los cargos fraudulentos añadidos a mi habitación por más de $ 200 ... este lugar es, de lejos, el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. He estado hablando por teléfono durante horas discutiendo los hechos en vano. Gasta tu dinero duramente ganado en otra parte”
