“It's was my first time staying at this hotel. I really like feel of the interior. It is modern and bright. The hotel staff were welcoming the bed was one of most comfortable I have experience so far staying in Birmingham. The rooms are nice and spacious. The shower is nice great water pressure.”

“Good location with a couple of car parks in close proximity.
The room was spotless, and newly fitted out.
Comfortable bed, great shower.
Breakfast was good also, lots to choose from, full English or continental. Coffee wasn't great, but the vegan sausages were really nice.
Reception is on the 1st floor, good access for all abilities. 3 lifts available. And you need a room key card to get above the first floor.
