I was impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff, the feel of the room and the small touches such as the sleep spray and two free bottles of water At the moment there is some construction work going on. This did not impact my sleep or enjoyment of the room but the view wasn't as great as it could have been.”

“The Crowne Plaza Birmingham provided me with an enjoyable overnight stay. It was simple to get there by public transportation. The staff were friendly, kind, and courteous from the outset. The club floor room was spacious and well-equipped for charging multiple devices; it also included a variety of amenities such as tea making facilities, bottled water, an iron, robes, and an in-room safe. The breakfast service was excellent; I was greeted in the dining room by a lady with a big smile, and the food was delicious too. I'm already making plans for 2023!”
