“For a budget hotel, the standards were first class. The entire place was spotless and fresh looking. Staff were chatty and knowledgeable. Rooms were well kept, nicely laid out and also very clean.
Located 5 minutes from New Street Station and the city centre.”

“Good location with a couple of car parks in close proximity.
The room was spotless, and newly fitted out.
Comfortable bed, great shower.
Breakfast was good also, lots to choose from, full English or continental. Coffee wasn't great, but the vegan sausages were really nice.
Reception is on the 1st floor, good access for all abilities. 3 lifts available. And you need a room key card to get above the first floor.
