Absolutamente FENOMENAL: ubicación perfecta a solo unos pasos de Harrods, pero en una calle tranquila. Incluso las habitaciones menos caras son grandes y están bellamente decoradas, con vistas tranquilas.Se apreciaron batas y pantuflas lujosas, al igual que la bañera grande. ¡La cafetera y la tetera también fueron agradables!Y la comida y el servicio en el restaurante del hotel fue PERFECTO.TODO el personal fue MUY amable y servicial, ¡gente SUPER amable!No había UNA SOLA cosa mala en este lugar, ¡ni siquiera UNA cosa que pudieran hacer mejor! ¡Este lugar ES la experiencia de Londres!El Warwick en Nueva York realmente NECESITA y DEBE tomar una página del libro de jugadas de su hermana londinense.

Absolutamente FENOMENAL - localização perfeita a poucos passos do Harrods, mas em uma rua tranquila. Mesmo os quartos mais baratos são grandes e bem decorados, com vistas pacíficas.Roupões e chinelos macios foram apreciados, assim como a banheira convencional. Cafeteira são chaleira eram bons para ter também!E a comida e serviço no restaurante do hotel foi PERFEITO.TODOS os funcionários foram muito gentis e prestativos - pessoas super amigáveis!Não havia uma ÚNICA coisa errada com este lugar - nem mesmo UMA coisa que eles poderiam fazer melhor! Este lugar é a experiência de Londres!O Warwick em Nova York realmente PRECISA e DEVE tirar uma página da cartilha de sua irmã de Londres.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL - perfect location just steps away from Harrods, but on a quiet street. Even the least expensive rooms are large and beautifully appointed, with peaceful views. Plush robes and slippers were appreciated as was the full size tub. Coffee maker are tea kettle were nice to have too! And the food and service in the hotel restaurant was PERFECT. ALL of the staff were VERY gracious and helpful - SUPER friendly people! There was not a SINGLE thing wrong with this place - not even ONE thing they could do better! This place IS the London experience! The Warwick in New York really NEEDS to and SHOULD take a page out of their London sister’s playbook.

A hospitalidade é maravilhosa. Toda a equipe é gentil e ansiosa para tornar a sua estadia o mais confortável possível. Há muito tempo não vejo hospitalidade como essa em hotéis americanos (nesse ponto de preço). O carregador realmente trouxe nossa bagagem até nossos quartos antes de nos deram as nossas chaves. Cupons de bebidas de cortesia para seu bar. Máquinas Nespresso nos quartos. Móveis de madeira de verdade. Cama muito confortável, mas cuidado: a maioria das camas king que você encontra no Reino Unido são apenas dois colchões juntos com uma cabeceira king size. Tamanho dos quartos não fora dos padrões europeus (pequeno), mas você não se sentirá apertado. E cada vez que entramos ou saímos somos recebidos agradavelmente pela equipe. Ah, e fica a poucos passos do Harrod's e perto de bons restaurantes, lojas e Hyde Park.

La hospitalidad es maravillosa. Todo el personal es amable y dispuesto a hacer que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. No he visto hospitalidad como esta en hoteles estadounidenses (a este precio) durante mucho tiempo. El botones en realidad trajo nuestro equipaje a nuestras habitaciones justo antes de que nos dieran las llaves. Cupones de bebidas de cortesía para su bar. Cafeteras Nespresso en las habitaciones. Muebles de madera auténtica. Cama muy cómoda, pero cuidado: la mayoría de las camas tamaño king que encuentras en el Reino Unido son solo dos colchones pegados con una cabecera tamaño king. El tamaño de las habitaciones no está fuera de los estándares europeos (pequeños) pero no te sentirás apretado. Y cada vez que entramos o salimos, el personal nos recibe gratamente. Ah, y está a pasos de Harrod's y cerca de buenos restaurantes, tiendas y Hyde Park.

Hospitality is wonderful. The entire staff is gracious and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I haven't seen hospitality like this in American hotels (at this price point) for a long long time. The bellhop actually brought our luggage up to our rooms just before we were given our keys. Complimentary beverage coupons for their bar. Nespresso machines in the rooms. Real wood furniture. Very comfy bed, but beware: most king beds you find in the UK are just two mattresses pushed together with a king headboard. Size of rooms not outside European standards (smallish) but you won't feel cramped. And each time we come in or out we are greeted pleasantly by the staff. Oh, and it's steps away from Harrod's and close to good dining, shopping, and Hyde Park.

O hotel certamente já viu dias melhores, mas não é uma classe de luxo. O equipamento é em parte bastante pobre. O mini-bar não está cheio, o frigorífico mal podia ser aberto. Eu também acho armários no banheiro desfavoráveis. Também não havia sinal dos lindos chinelos ou do ursinho de pelúcia. Infelizmente não como esperado.

El hotel ciertamente ha visto días mejores, pero no es una clase de lujo. El equipo es en parte bastante en mal estado. El mini bar no está lleno, apenas se podía abrir la nevera. También encuentro desfavorables los armarios del baño. Tampoco había señales de las hermosas pantuflas o del osito de peluche. Desafortunadamente no como se esperaba.

Hotel boutique em Knightsbridge ao lado do shopping Harrods na área de luxo de Londres, difícil de encontrar uma localização melhor. no entanto, este hotel tem pouco luxo. O quarto é excessivamente pequeno, carpete manchado, banheira / chuveiro muito desagradável de usar, colchão e travesseiros muito macios, resultando em uma parte traseira devastada, frigobar vazio. o serviço na medida em que usamos (praticamente nada) foi bom. em resumo, eu salvaria apenas a localização e certamente há alternativas de melhor custo-benefício.

Excluir minha classificação alta anterior. Porque algumas coisas variavam de 4 e 5 a 2, e a última era 0 estrelas. Por quê? ... foram cobrados a mais após a cotação de um valor específico. O excedente foi cerca de 600 libras a mais do que a cotação, que foi anotada pelo recepcionista, portanto, uma quantia significativa. Meu marido não olhou e eu não vi a folha de papel entregue a ele assim que entramos no táxi para o aeroporto. Então, eu disse à minha empresa de cartão de crédito que contestamos a cobrança. Tentei, mas tive problemas para chegar a qualquer um dos três lugares para me ajudar: a equipe do hotel, a empresa proprietária e o agente de reservas. Qualquer ajuda apreciada.

Hotel boutique en Knightsbridge junto al centro comercial Harrods en la lujosa zona de lujo de Londres, difícil de encontrar una ubicación mejor. sin embargo, este hotel tiene poco lujo. La habitación es excesivamente pequeña, alfombra manchada, bañera / ducha realmente desagradable de usar, colchón y almohadas realmente demasiado suaves, lo que resulta en una espalda devastada, minibar vacío. el servicio por lo que usamos (prácticamente nada) fue bueno. en resumen, me guardaría solo la ubicación y seguro que hay alternativas con mejor relación calidad-precio.

Eliminar mi alto ranking anterior. Porque algunas cosas variaban de 4 y 5 a 2, y la última fue 0 estrellas. ¿Por qué? ... se les cobró de más después de que se les cotizara una cantidad específica. El excedente fue de aproximadamente 600 libras más que la cotización, que fue anotada por el recepcionista, por lo que es una cantidad significativa. Delete my previous high ranking. Because some things varied from 4 and 5 to 2, and the last was 0 stars. Why? ... were overcharged after being quoted a specific amount. The overage was about 600 lbs more than the quote, which was written down by the desk clerk, so a significant amount. My husband did not look and I did not see the page of paper handed to him just as we entered the taxi for the airport. So I have told my credit card company we dispute the charge. I have tried but had trouble reaching any one of three places to help me: the hotel staff, the owner company, and the booking agent. Any help appreciated.

Dois anos atrás, eu te visitei para o chá da tarde.É um pequeno hotel com um interior agradável que lhe dá uma sensação de Inglaterra. A sala por onde passei era tão fofa que me senti convidada para uma casa na Inglaterra. Todos os nossos funcionários nos prestaram um serviço agradável.Os sanduíches, scones e doces estavam deliciosos, e eles me ouviram na hora certa para substituir o champanhe, então pude desfrutar de um relaxante chá da tarde enquanto bebia chá ou champanhe.Eu toquei na gentileza das pessoas em todo o Reino Unido, mas é o lugar que me deu o tempo mais confortável durante a minha estadia em Londres. Absolutamente maravilhoso!! O quarto era bonito e espaçoso o suficiente para todas as minhas necessidades. A localização era ótima, a poucos passos da Harrods e do metrô, tornando qualquer área de Londres extremamente fácil de chegar. A melhor parte do hotel foi a equipe. O concierge, arrumação e bellmen foram os melhores que eu já experimentei. Quando jovem, nunca fui tão bem tratada como no Capital Hotel. Eu não poderia recomendar ficar aqui o suficiente. Mal posso esperar para voltar e visitar.

Hace dos años, te visité para el té de la tarde.Es un hotel pequeño con un bonito interior que te da una sensación de Inglaterra. La habitación por la que pasé era tan linda que me sentí como si estuviera invitado a una casa en Inglaterra. Todos nuestros empleados nos han brindado un servicio agradable.Los sándwiches, bollos y dulces eran deliciosos, y me escucharon en el momento adecuado para reemplazar el champán, por lo que pude disfrutar de un relajante té de la tarde mientras bebía té o champán.He mencionado la amabilidad de la gente en todo el Reino Unido, pero es el lugar que me brindó el momento más cómodo durante mi estadía en Londres. Quiero usarlo para alojamiento esta vez.

¡¡Absolutamente maravilloso!! The room was beautiful and spacious enough for all of my needs. The location was great, being steps from Harrods and the Tube making any London area extremely easy to get to. The best part of the hotel was the staff. The concierge, housekeeping, and bellmen were the best I've ever experienced. As a young woman I've never been treated as great as I have been at the Capital Hotel. I could not recommend staying here enough. I can't wait to come back and visit.

I booked an apartment one bedroom in this hotel for 4 nights, when I arrived at the first night and I saw I room it was too small and the furniture is too old it reminded me of the 1970 movies , I didn't want to sleep even one night, I canceled my reservation in the second day then I went to another hotel, the only thing is good there it's the location nothing else, please this 2 or 3stars hotel maximum,

O serviço de quarto terrível é horrível! O serviço de quarto fecha às 10h30, quase não há comida no menu. O café da manhã é apenas até às 10h. Olá?!? Estamos nos pontos principais de Londres, as pessoas querem dormir e ainda poder tomar café da manhã! Limpeza de casa terrível. Entrei no meu quarto no dia em que cheguei com manchas de sujeira no meu colchão! Não há lanches no quarto do hotel, a minigeladeira está completamente vazia. a mobília tem poeira saindo dela.

Terrible room service is awful! Room service closes at 10:30, am barely any food on the menu. Breakfast is only till 10AM. Hello?!? We are in the main spots in London, people wanna sleep in and still be able to get Breakfast! Terrible House Cleaning. Came into my room the day I arrived to dirty stains on my mattress! No snacks in the hotel room, Mini fridge is completely empty. furniture has dusty coming off it.
