“La hospitalidad es maravillosa. Todo el personal es amable y dispuesto a hacer que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. No he visto hospitalidad como esta en hoteles estadounidenses (a este precio) durante mucho tiempo. El botones en realidad trajo nuestro equipaje a nuestras habitaciones justo antes de que nos dieran las llaves. Cupones de bebidas de cortesía para su bar. Cafeteras Nespresso en las habitaciones. Muebles de madera auténtica. Cama muy cómoda, pero cuidado: la mayoría de las camas tamaño king que encuentras en el Reino Unido son solo dos colchones pegados con una cabecera tamaño king. El tamaño de las habitaciones no está fuera de los estándares europeos (pequeños) pero no te sentirás apretado. Y cada vez que entramos o salimos, el personal nos recibe gratamente. Ah, y está a pasos de Harrod's y cerca de buenos restaurantes, tiendas y Hyde Park.”
