“Absolutely PHENOMENAL - perfect location just steps away from Harrods, but on a quiet street. Even the least expensive rooms are large and beautifully appointed, with peaceful views.
Plush robes and slippers were appreciated as was the full size tub. Coffee maker are tea kettle were nice to have too!
And the food and service in the hotel restaurant was PERFECT.
ALL of the staff were VERY gracious and helpful - SUPER friendly people!
There was not a SINGLE thing wrong with this place - not even ONE thing they could do better! This place IS the London experience!
