“Me vi obligado a cambiar de opinión sobre el restaurante en el Hotel Nobu, porque mi esposa y yo tuvimos una situación desagradable dos veces en el desayuno. Los huevos Benedict que recibimos recalentados y hervidos, donde estaban fríos por dentro 😔 La primera vez que comimos y tenía problemas estomacales. Ayer pedimos el mismo desayuno que antes y recibimos huevos Benedict recalentados 😔 Pedimos huevos frescos, que recibimos, así que puedes hacerlos frescos de todos modos. En un hotel así, se requiere que todo se haga en un Regularmente Pedí llamando a una plancha donde queríamos planchar ropa, donde teníamos una cita. Por supuesto, recibimos el vaporizador que estaba dañado y dejó manchas negras en mi camisa. Tenía una camiseta para una reunión en la que me ofrecieron lavar la camiseta 15 minutos antes de irme. Después de 25 minutos, recibí la camiseta todavía sucia y sin soluciones del personal. ¿Es así como trabaja el personal de alto nivel? Damián”

“Credit card abuse.Watch out.Booked a 4 night stay and put my credit card down for incidentals.Since I checked out I have had several hundred £s charged to my card without any sort of invoice provided.Having to chase the hotel for a week to sort this out.They don't seem to be terribly concerned and are slow in resolving this.At this point I am having to report this credit card abuse to American Express.”
