“Sabores incomuns e excelente serviço dos garçons. No entanto, a classificação final teve que ser rebaixada para quatro estrelas devido à senhora rude que coletava as roupas. Fomos a primeira vez em Nobu Sakebar. Nos vestiários, não há informação de que as roupas são levadas pelos funcionários. A senhora com grande ressentimento e indignação perguntou o que estamos fazendo aqui... Tratados com antecedência, não esperávamos tal serviço de um hotel de alta classe. Fomos tratados muito melhor em hotéis de padrão inferior. Você pode ver que gastar alguns milhares em um restaurante não é tudo.”

“Dá total 5 estrelas para o restaurante! Está tudo correto. Infelizmente o hotel é decepcionante, obviamente em linha com as expectativas que no caso da rede Nobu infelizmente/infelizmente são altas... Como bom dia, somos recebidos pela senhora da recepção, que poderia ser substituída por um robô, pois parece uma fórmula aprendida, ela indica o quarto sem um sorriso. Clássico com um padrão mais alto não tem lugar para mala, a água abaixo de 40 graus está fluindo em correntes de calor/frio. Os chinelos são bons para mim, mas infelizmente não são universalmente adequados para o público em geral. Mas as vestes são brilhantes! Tecido felpudo macio por dentro e aveludado com lindos bordados por fora. A equipe da recepção poderia ser mais suave, mais agradável, mais alta e com palavras mais claramente articuladas. Não sei se eles ensinam isso, mas quase todo mundo no hotel e no restaurante fala baixinho. O serviço de limpeza é muito simpático e prestável e o gerente da secção de pequeno-almoço, com quem se pode ter uma verdadeira conversa e interação. Para mim, pessoalmente, é uma pena que não haja piscina ou área de bem-estar, mas isso é simplesmente uma característica de um hotel de negócios - porque é isso que o ambiente apresenta.”
