“Restaurants were good. Room service was great. Room was clean, A/C was cold. Do not go to the Asian place close to closing time; their service was horrible. Other than that, no complaints. Would recommend to others.”

“Nice hotel to be with the family, it has a beach which is not completely private, but it is very clean and well preserved. The hotel is old and in need for some restoration, especially the rooms. What I did not like at all is the constant push for you to purchase the membership all the time. I am here on vacation and to to be attending talks. We came in July...so COVID is still bad in Mexico, but the hotel implemented a lot of safety measures, to keep distance and by keeping all the areas clean and disinfected.”
