“There are pool police to stop you from doing the traditional all inclusive things such as drinking in the pool and using inflatables. There is only one pool, by the way. It was a very large and warm pool, however, with iguanas and peacocks that are fun to watch. Mariel took forever checking us in - eventually the manager came over and helped. Then, after waiting so long to get checked in, we had to wait another 45 minutes for our bags to be brought up! We regretted ever handing them over. The room was so loud - sounded like the neighbors were in your room with you and you could hear the music from the bar all night. The A/C was broken off the wall - had to figure out how to tilt it just the right way then the housekeeper would come in and set it super low making it freezing when we got back. There was black mold on the toilet. The beds were comfortable. Ordering food and drinks was a bit of a lottery - sometimes they would show up after a long time, sometimes they wouldn’t. We both got food poisoning. Don’t count on keeping your chair by the pool - people move your stuff off of them. The ocean was warm but completely muddy and dirty and there was a crocodile in it the first day. Beach is short so long beach walks aren’t possible.”

“Unfortunately this resort wasn't properly staff to attend the needs of the guest at the various restaurants and pool area. We waited long periods of time just to get drinks at the restaurants and couldn't even get water at bar pools. They really need to get better if they want tourist to return to this resort.”
