“I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and had an awful experience. First, I found bed bugs on my bed at 4am. Someone came to my room with 2 bottled waters, apologized, and transferred me to another room. The second room appeared ok, but still not up to par. I emailed photos of the bed bugs and never heard back from management staff. Then, I noticed my personal credit card was charged rather than the company card. I’ve called the hotel and the phone goes unanswered. Horrible experience and I will caution you to thoroughly check the rooms.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Valet parking is ridiculous. I called 15 minutes early like they asked, to give them time to get my vehicle and I waited a total of 30 minutes. As the guy passed by me 2 times parking cars instead of getting my vehicle. Parking needs to get fixed here.”
