“I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and had an awful experience. First, I found bed bugs on my bed at 4am. Someone came to my room with 2 bottled waters, apologized, and transferred me to another room. The second room appeared ok, but still not up to par. I emailed photos of the bed bugs and never heard back from management staff. Then, I noticed my personal credit card was charged rather than the company card. I’ve called the hotel and the phone goes unanswered. Horrible experience and I will caution you to thoroughly check the rooms.”

“Hotel era bom e limpo. Estacionamento com manobrista é ridículo. Liguei 15 minutos mais cedo como eles pediram, para dar tempo de pegar meu veículo e esperei um total de 30 minutos. Como o cara passou por mim 2 vezes estacionando carros ao invés de pegar meu veículo. O estacionamento precisa ser consertado aqui.”
