“During a recent stay I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the lobby, elevators and rooms. Clearly no quality control or oversight is provided to these new hard working service workers. I found pills on the carpet in my room, and unwiped surfaces in the bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was hideous. All pastries and breads were stale and clearly leftover from days previous. Many breakfast options have been omitted forcing me to go elsewhere.
As a GOLD member I expect more of the Hilton brand. I know they can do better and hope this hotel improves. Just two years ago — it was fabulous.”

“I was greeted by a grumpy clerk (Greg, I believe) when I got there. He gave us our room key but wasn’t happy to give further info. Upon getting to our room we opened the door and guess what? It was already occupied. Luckily it was the second part of the group we were traveling with. They had checked in before us and he gave them the room we were assigned to. Even though that room was in our name and their room was in their name. I went back downstairs to get the correct key and room assignment and I got chewed out. Like somehow it was my fault that the other party was checked into the wrong room and we were supposed to have known that. It wouldn’t have been a big deal at all if he had been cordial about the situation. Instead he blamed me and got upset with me. I was highly unimpressed by the customer service and won’t be back. We typically like the hampton…but this one wasn’t great.”
