Quiet, Clean, and as other reviews have made notice of the nighttime front desk gentleman by the name of Daniel is surely a gem. His quirky yet warm demeanor was a very pleasant surprise especially while checking in late in the night he certainly doesn’t seem to take any nights off in the enthusiasm department. We shared several laughs as I’m certain he must be just moonlighting and his main gig is headlining some comedy show on the strip. He was sure to listen and ask important questions like would you enjoy hearing more information about our amenities? That’s important because it’s a nice gesture to offer that and if you been through the process before a million times you might opt to skip it, but if you do listen to his monologue he doesn’t fail to deliver. The world could use a few more like this gentleman for sure. Thank you Daniel for welcoming us in and making us feel at home with a few laughs along the way!

If I could give a 0 rating, I would have given that. This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in!! 1. Breakfast option is absolutely minimal. They do not have any options without egg or meat. Even if they do, they are all non-hot b/f options. The staff was very impolite when we enquired about vegetarian options. 2. I was chased by 2 ferocious dogs and when I complained it to the management they did not do anything about it. They were not even apologetic about the issue 3. All the staff were very very rude. Every communication with them was unpleasant. They even hung up the phone on us. However the front desk employees were polite and helpful to whatever extent they could 4. The general manager - Ms Whendy Johnson was extremely rude and unapologetic for all the hassles we faced. They had a pet policy about pets being leashed at all times. When we mentioned about that, she quoted that “she is not responsible for any of that” 4. The dishwasher in the room was not working properly 5. Very less cutlery options in the kitchenette We were just about kicked out without any apologies or compensation. And we checked out in the middle of our vacation and found another hotel at the last minute. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK this property. There are so many other better options out there in Las Vegas

Enjoyed my 1-night stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. the room and facilities were clean and spacious. The free shuttle service (from/to the airport and other locations within a 5 mile radius) was very convenient. They basically will just call you a Lyft (and free to guests).

With super spacious rooms and kitchens, you have to expect that people will be cooking in their rooms.... because of that, the hotel (particularly the hallways but also the rooms a bit) has an odor. That's probably the only real flaw that I could mention. The guy with the glasses and locs was friendly and helpful with check in. The breakfast was OK and welcome. The location was fantastic. Close proximity to the Strip, the post office, and the airport. Very safe. I would stay here again.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff made me feel like family! The king room was bigger than expected. I especially appreciated the kitchenette in my room. The pool was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Hot, homemade oatmeal w/all the toppings instead of a dried-up package of instant! Unfortunately, I had a fall and broke my ankle while walking to the grocery. The staff sourced a wheel chair for me, helped me get my things to the lobby and called early for a Lyft to allow extra time at the airport to get checked in since I couldn't walk. Thanks to all the staff at this location for being a bright, shining spot in an otherwise very terrible day!
