We has been experience. Myself and my wife and my child 3 Yr old. Hotel is perfect for adult not children because difficult for child food. My child most don't like food. Hotel is all inclusive but not perfect for children. Only adult perfect. We has been different Hotel with all inclusive so they provided separate children food and my son love it. We has been 3 different Hotel for 2 weeks but this hotel is not perfect for children food. Also room is ok because strange price too high. We was other Hotel and nice room and price cheaper. I am going tell you.... you need little change 1. Price need down 2. All inclusive need extra for children 3. Pool need warm... thanks

Lovely all inclusive hotel. Food is nice and so much. Local beers and wines inclusive and a lovely packed lunch. Easy to get around and the bus pass for however many days you need is great value. Hotel management resolved any problems very quickly and the staff are excellent. Free shuttle 2 x daily into Funchal but we liked just hopping on a bus and travelling around.

The location, staff, the food, the resort was very good. I met Myra by the pool she was giving away cake 🎂 and we started to talk, she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. From the front desk to the restaurants every one was very pleasant. Loved the beautiful sunsets, the garden, and the fact that they offer transportation to town and back. This place was amazing and I am already making plans to return to paradise. Thank you. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful hotel, well-kept rooms, staff is incredible and always ready to help. The views are breathtaking. We loved the selection of food and entertainment during our stay. Definitely will be coming back!

We feels welcome at the reception desk on the day of arrival. The hotel was clean, the buffet food was great. The staff here are very friendly and in particular in the restaurant all so lovely and polite . We would visit again and would highly recommend for people coming here to release your stress😃 Ps. One suggestion from us is it would be better to have other choices of seafood such as 🦐 🍤 🦑 apart from fish. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. Eva🌹

Como o nome indica trata-se de um hotel com tudo incluído, ou seja, com alimentação e bebidas, que foi recentemente reaberto sob a tutela do grupo Pestana. Na nossa estadia o hotel estava praticamente lotado, sem que isso implique qualquer tipo de problema no dia a dia dos hospedes. Cabe saliente a eficiência e simpatia do pessoal, todo muito jovem e atencioso, não podendo deixar de passar genericamente o pessoal da área da restauração, dos bares e da piscina. Uma palavra especial ao Fábio, sempre atento a todos e quaisquer pormenores. O que desiludiu: A circunstância de não existir qualquer tipo de apoio na praia. Note-se que se trata de uma praia de godos (ou jogas), sem areia, que merecia que fossem disponibilizadas espreguiçadeiras e colocado em funcionamento um bar. Em termos práticos a praia não é utilizável. Muito positivo: 1) A localização, com vários restaurantes nas proximidades, a alguns minutos do cento do Funchal (o hotel tem transporte gratuito); 2) As magnificas vistas dos quartos com vista mar. Não podem deixar de apreciar a vista noturna na piscina; 3)O hotel está em excelente estado de conservação; 4) Piscina exclusiva para adultos; 5) Não há corrida às espreguiçadeiras; 6) Qualidade das refeições de bufete e dos restaurantes temáticos; 7) Facilidade de estacionamento (gratuito).

Boas instalações a nivel do exigido. Espaços amplos nas piscinas, quer interior como as exterioresno entanto os quartos são pouco espaçosos, e alguns ainda antiquados para as condições adequadas. O atendimento émuito agradável da parte dos funcionários,, sempre disponiveis e educados.

Hotel fantástico, um pouco fora do Funchal, mas com autocarro gratuito, mais hop-on hop-on passeios param em frente. A comida é excelente, sempre uma grande variedade e boa qualidade. Os quartos são de bom tamanho, o nosso quarto duplo foi realmente um quarto twin com as camas juntas. Os banheiros levar algum tempo para se acostumar como eles são apenas vidro particionado a partir do quarto !!! A equipe não poderia ser mais útil. As piscinas e outras instalações são mantidos a um nível muito elevado.

Staff atencioso e simpático.Quartos com características royales! Azulejos muito bonitos e com historia. Piscina com bar, podemos estar dentro de agua e a pedir uma bebida neste all inclusive. Acesso a praia! Recomendo!

I was put up on Monday night at this chosen hotel by EasyJet as flight was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. I was so impressed on how the staff worked so hard to accommodate the dozens of passengers arriving for the night. Well done and thank you to all the staff that were called in or already on shift! Lovely food and comfortable room. Thank you to all involved!

We stayed at this restore from 12th Dec to 19th Dec 2021. The resort is nice with good swimming pools and other facilities however we found the food in the main restaurant was very poor quality and lack of much choice of food. Every morning, afternoon and evenings meals were pretty much the same and very little choice of hot food. The food was tasteless and bland. Recommendations: serve good quality food with a much wider food choices and variety of meals which r not the same at every meals. Introduce some basic foods e.g. Fries, chicken, prawns, chicken legs, breast, burgers, veg burgers, ice creams, variety of vegetables, Indian and Chinese food to give some variety. Cater for vegetarians. Make improvements to quality of food by making sure the food is not bland and has a good level of taste to satisfy theguests. The serving staff provided a very good service. Highly recommended their services. Room: the room we stayed was sub standard with old decor including bathroom and toilet. Recommendations: revamp the old looking rooms to a good standard including repainting, relighting and modernise the bathroom for enjoyable stay at the resort. Reception of the guest was preety poor with lack of any welcoming of the guest. No drinks or welocme on arrival which is substandard. Though resort suppose to be five stars it is more of a three star resort. We would not recommend this resort until some improvements have been made at least a minimum mto the main restaurant food.

Buena atención del personal, buena comida y muy variada,el desayuno espectacular, lo que si, en el todo incluido nada de variedad en bebidas alcohólicas y las que hay no conocidas, en este sentido mal, del resto bien todo.

Having spent a very relaxing week here, We had a wonderful time, the staff were so friendly and able to acomadate our requests. I must say the staff at the pool bar were very entertaining. The staff have kept the hotel and grounds are well maintained, very clean and felt very safe with the Covid measures they have in place such as masks must be worn and if you did forget the staff would remind you, there was also had sanitizer through out the resort and single use cutlery when using the buffet. The food was so tasty and great to see different themed food each night, I was very impressed with the salads they did each day, and have given me some ideas to try them out myself in the summer months. I loved hearing an ocoradian being played at dinner during the Madeira night. The views from the pool were relaxing and watching the sun set while in the jacuzzi was very romantic. The evening entertainment was excellent, sadly we didn’t watch every evening as we were out exploring the Funchal town seeing the Christmas lights, but the dancers put on a great performance and the live band were brilliant. The hotel isa nice place but a bit run down.The end of the season is not the best time to go as could not use lift to go down to the beach and a few other thing were lacking.

Friendly staff, clean, reasonable facilities. Food quite acceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time for 10days from November 1st. The weather was amazing. Firstly the positive's. The Reception Staff were amazing and helpful. We had a lovely deluxe room with pool and sea view, although I think the rooms need revamping especially the bathrooms even if the carpets and the grouting was redone. All looks a bit dated and tired. The main reception and restaurants were lovely. This is the first time we have ever done all inclusive not sure we would do this again. Breakfast was very good. Pool bar was ok for snacks. But I think what let the concept down was the evening meal. I just found the selection a bit bland. It is a bit like a marathon, as soon as you put your knife and fork down they were clearing your plates. Most of the restaurant staff were miserable, and I felt you didn't have a relaxed dining experience. Out of the 10 nights we stayed we went out for dinner 6 nights, I like to have the full dining experience when on holiday which is spread over a few hours and the service, which is definitely lacking in the restaurant. Would I give this hotel 5 stars definitely not. But overall I would give it 3 stars. The restaurant staff could do with some training from the front of house staff. Oh forgot to say the cleaning staff were lovely and room was always cleaned well. The other thing that I forgot to mention that I was shocked by and have probably been to Madeira 30 times before, and have never witnessed before was that we had a group of men who were staying at the hotel not sure if they were Russian or Eastern European who were extremely drunk and out of order at the pool area. They shut the pool area and didn't serve them anymore drink. But was surprised to find that when we went to dinner they were in there helping them self to wine by the bottle, were extremely rowdy and very untasteful with remarks to young ladies. Although this was not the hotel's fault. I feel that they should have been removed from hotel. I hope that this is not a taste of things to come as I have always said that Madeira is one of the few places that I have been that does not welcome lager louts.

The rooms and interiors are below my expectations. The rooms are hard to reach and separated. We booked two rooms, but they were at the opposite ends. The architecture of the building was disappointing. The live events were fun. The swimming pool is average. There were very limited vegetarian options in the buffet, basically no gravy dish in lunch and dinner. The drinks were low on alcohol content. The bed is nice, no complaints. The hotel is reachable via Airport bus.

I wonder if you will honour Madeira Regency Palace owners? We had many wonderful years from new build ..mostly in room 1020 - the best in the hotel, in our opinion.

Pequenos almoços só com fritos, não haviacomer saudavel, pessoal sem vontade de responder aa perguntas que lhes fazia, e com.maus modos. Quartos sem limpeza, casas de banho com bolor, não recomendo.

Hotel con una situación espectacular cerca de la playa. Tienen un ascensor que gestiona el hotel y te dirige a la misma directamente. La atención del personal muy buena y servicial, fuimos un grupo de empresa de 13 personas y estuvieron siempre muy atentos para que pudiésemos sentarnos juntos en las comidas y las cenas. La pensión completa te permite estar continuamente comiendo o bebiendo en cualquier parte del hotel. Tienen un autobús que lo gestiona el hotel para ir al centro de Funchal gratis. En general todo muy bien y correcto, por poner una pega sería el horario de las comidas, al ser españoles nos costaba adaptarnos, pero tiene sus merecidas 5 estrellas en valoración

Buen lugar para relajarse, hotel tranquilo, bien situado y con buenas instalaciones. Las piscinas muy limpias y a buena temperatura, la exterior en mayo te puedes meter sin miedo. Las comidas tipo bufet, se repetían pero con tanta variedad puedes comer bien. La cena temática muy buena, la nuestra fue la oriental y cenamos muy bien. La sorpresa el día de la llegada nos gustó.

Personal muy amable y agradable, el hotel para mi parecer por encima de la media de la mayoria que hay por la ciudad, las cenas temáticas, que hay que reservar con antelación, muy buenas, con una gran calidad en los sabores. Un punto muy favorable es que el hotel dispone de un ascensor que te baja a una playa de arena y piedra negra, en la isla escasean las playas, asi que es un detalle.

Bonito hotel con lujosas habitaciones, buenas instalaciones y buen servicio. Ideal para relajarse y descansar. No está lejos del centro histórico de Funchal.
