Es befindet sich am majestätischen McDowell Mountains, im Herzen der Sonoran Wüste.Das im Jahr 2009 renovierte Hotel der Luxusklasse verfügt auf 4 Stockwerken über insgesamt 490 Zimmer. Es bietet den Gästen eine Empfangshalle mit 24-Stunden Rezeption, Hotel-Safe, Wechselstube und Garderobe. Des Weiteren befinden sich im Kurhotel mehrere Geschäfte, ein Konferenzraum und eine Bar. Es gibt 4 Restaurants, diese können auch als 2 Lounges/Bars, eine Saftbar und ein Kaffeebar gewählt werden. Eine Art von Unterhaltung wird den Besuchern 7 Nächte in der Woche präsentiert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Zimmer- und Wäscheservice (Gebühr) zu nutzen.
