Sports galore massages culinary wonders and free Wi-Fi and shuttle service in a flourishing southwest setting top the list of amenities our guests enjoy at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort And Spa. The resort is an elegant 27-acre oasis overlooking the McDowell mountains. All of the hotel's 493 rooms provide private patios or balconies plush bedding flat-panel TVs mini-fridges free Wi-Fi mp3 docks and coffeemakers. The hotel charges a daily resort fee and its amenities include an on-site spa a two-and-a-half-acre water park 27 holes of golf four tennis courts and a 24-hour fitness center. Dining includes four restaurants and three lounges: one a poolside bar with cascading waterfalls. Guests also have access to 70000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space business facilities and a learning center. The hotel provides on-site boutiques and the daily resort fee includes shuttle service to local shopping hubs use of an in-room safe local phone calls and fax services. Self- and valet parking are both available for an additional fee and pets are allowed also for an additional fee. The Hyatt is in the Gainey Ranch area of Scottsdale five miles north of downtown entertainment including shopping at Fashion Square. McCormick Ranch Golf Course is two miles south Camelback Gold Club is less than 10 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 14 miles north.

“I gave it a two only because of the pools and nice views. We arrived at 4pm for them to tell us that our room was not ready. An hour later they told us that we didn’t have a reservation and all rooms were booked. We were on the phone with hot wires for an hour until they told us that the front desk of the hotel was looking under the wrong last name! Then they had construction going on every morning outside our window at 8am! Paid a lot of money to relax and then banging every morning. The front desk told us check out was at 12pm when we arrived. I called for a late check out since we barely got any sleep from the banging and they said check out was actually at 11am and they could give us to 11:30! For as much money as we paid no accommodations and a horrible experience. There are nicer hotels and resorts you can stay at besides this one in Scottsdale. I will not be coming back.”

“Eu dei dois apenas por causa das piscinas e belas vistas. Chegamos às 4 da tarde para eles nos dizerem que o nosso quarto não estava pronto. Uma hora depois, eles nos disseram que não tínhamos uma reserva e que todos os quartos estavam reservados. Ficamos no telefone com fios elétricos por uma hora até que nos disseram que a recepção do hotel estava procurando sob o sobrenome errado! Então eles tinham uma construção acontecendo todas as manhãs do lado de fora de nossa janela às 8h! Pagava muito dinheiro para relaxar e depois batia na porta todas as manhãs. A recepção nos disse que o check-out foi às 12h quando chegamos. Eu liguei para um check-out tardio, já que quase não conseguimos dormir da batida e eles disseram que o check-out era na verdade às 11h e eles poderiam nos dar às 11:30! Por tanto dinheiro quanto não pagamos acomodações e uma experiência horrível. Existem hotéis e resorts mais agradáveis onde você pode ficar além deste em Scottsdale. Eu não voltarei.”
