“Completely unprepared and unprofessional.We had a reservation and were told (after being told to sit downstairs)that we could go up - only to be kicked out (even though we had a reservation).Service was VERY slow. They are, however excellent and well practiced at apologizing.Decor is minimal.If it actually had a view it might be ok. But there is no view.They have a long way to go in understanding first class service.It’s a complete embarrassment to the Marriott brand.”

“Hotel is in the perfect spot in downtown. We walked everywhere during our stay here. Service was great at the front desk kudos to Bobby the manager he was fast, friendly and efficient while assisting us. The rooms are clean and modern. The sky bar is ABSOLUTELY stunning with the fire pits! I recommend going there right before sunset! Amy and Jackie were the sweetest waitresses. Will definitely stay here when in the downtown Orlando area! 10/10”
