“Completamente despreparado e pouco profissional. Nós tínhamos uma reserva e fomos informados (depois de nos terem dito para sentar no andar de baixo) que poderíamos subir - apenas para sermos expulsos (embora tivéssemos uma reserva).O serviço foi muito lento. Eles são, no entanto, excelentes e bem treinados em se desculpar.A decoração é mínima. Se ele realmente tivesse uma visão, poderia estar ok. Mas não há vista.Eles têm um longo caminho a percorrer para compreender o serviço de primeira classe. É uma vergonha completa para a marca Marriott.”

“It was a very clean hotel. The sky bar was such a good vibe. Staff at the check-in desk on 18 are so nice!! Room for growth would be helping guest with luggage from the car and to the room. Room service. Rooms are extremely small. The front desk on level 1 are very rude, specifically the white male with dark hair. Christopher and Candy in the sky bar are the sweetest people ever. Such excellent service and great recommendations!!”
