“Honestly, probably the worst Courtyard Marriott I’ve stayed at. The female Front Desk Rep I spoke to on the phone was very rude when I inquired about transportation to the hotel from the airport, the room wasn’t prepared properly (eg: missing showering lining, missing bed comforter), could not provide simple requests to the remove and apparently charges for use of the ‘mini bar’ which I could only assume was reference to the traditionally complimentary coffees and teas offered in the room since it couldn’t be anything else.
I should note that there was a helpful male rep when I arrived that helped deal with a mixup in the reservation. Very Appreciative of him. However I probably wouldn’t stay here again”
