“The location is great so many places in walking distance or a short drive. Located right off the expressway. The customer service was superb! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only draw back are the rooms are a little dated. The beds were great! However the brass fixtures (lamps) were rusted and our curtains were spotted up. We stayed in 302 so not sure if this is an issue hotel wide. We would definitely stay again! We traveled for a convention.”

“I made a reservation while driving from Miami. I made a mistake and booked the wrong date. Yes my fault. When I arrived there were rooms. But my reservation was not for this night. I explain my problem. It’s almost midnight. Nobody will take these rooms so might as well make some thing off me. I offer to pay the difference in rate. They refused to help. Asked me to call a 1800 number and ask. After a day and a half I was able to get a refund but that obviously didn’t help me sleep that night. I went next door to the crown which was surprisingly cleaner. It will be a week before I get refunded. I was able to figure something out. But there really really should have been a better way to handle it. Embassy Suites was always the go to but it’s been years and i hope this one location isn’t the new standard.”
