“The location is great so many places in walking distance or a short drive. Located right off the expressway. The customer service was superb! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only draw back are the rooms are a little dated. The beds were great! However the brass fixtures (lamps) were rusted and our curtains were spotted up. We stayed in 302 so not sure if this is an issue hotel wide. We would definitely stay again! We traveled for a convention.”

“We’ve always loved and stayed at the Hilton brand hotels. Embassy Suites is a favorite of ours and our pups. My husband is, in fact, a Gold Hilton Honors. This stay, however, is disappointing because, unlike any other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in, there actually is a nightly parking fee and the room felt worn out. I’d still be okay with all of that had I not stepped on a towel hook that had fallen on the ground in the bathroom. I returned the hook with the 2 big protruding nails to the front desk, I was upset because I was hurt, and I told them what happened but they did not seem to care. Thankfully, I have had my tetanus shot, I sanitized the area and applied some Neosporin in it, and I should be okay, but this hotel is far from okay. A bit of compassion would have gone a long way, but instead I’m left hoping that I’ll be okay.”
