“We’ve always loved and stayed at the Hilton brand hotels. Embassy Suites is a favorite of ours and our pups. My husband is, in fact, a Gold Hilton Honors. This stay, however, is disappointing because, unlike any other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in, there actually is a nightly parking fee and the room felt worn out. I’d still be okay with all of that had I not stepped on a towel hook that had fallen on the ground in the bathroom. I returned the hook with the 2 big protruding nails to the front desk, I was upset because I was hurt, and I told them what happened but they did not seem to care. Thankfully, I have had my tetanus shot, I sanitized the area and applied some Neosporin in it, and I should be okay, but this hotel is far from okay. A bit of compassion would have gone a long way, but instead I’m left hoping that I’ll be okay.”

“The staff and management were wonderful. Breakfast was great and rooms very nice and clean. Hats off to Barry Hughes. He is a great and wonderful person. Makes me feel like family when I meet him. Always good and friendly.”
