“An amazing experience in truly one of the best resorts in the palm. The staff is very kind and helpful, the pool, gym and other amenities are sublime. The suite was dreamy and the food was exquisite. Personally loved the Lao restaurant, it's a must try.
The 1 star deduction is because phone calls for in room dining, laundry etc. were not very responsive and sometimes didn't pick up.
But overall I loved the stay.”
