“Have just come back from an amazing 4 night trip at the WA on the Palm. What a fabulous hotel ! The service was excellent from start to finish. The entire WA team go out of their way to make your stay perfect ! My partner and I had some wonderful chats with a few members of the staff and unfortunately I didn't get all their names. Thomas at the adult pool was fabulous and had impeccable customer service skills. It was a joy to spend our trip at this hotel and can't wait to return. Thanks to the WA team !”

“Incredible place to stay while in Dubai. Location is great, the beach and the view are so nice & close. the staff are so nice and helpful! on the last day we asked to check out late (17:00) . however our room has been sold already but the staff at the reception offered us a different room where we could stay as long as we need, free of charge! they transferred our Suitcases. Breakfast was great. Rooms are s big and clean (very very clean!), bed is large and comfortable. We loved this place!!”
