“Great location, fabulous staff. Felt save with their Covid Plan the use. Our room upon arrival was on the main road, so we declined it due to the ongoing noise from work on the Harbour Bridge. After some discussion, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Walsh Bay Suite (from our Hickson Suite) that was large, impeccably presented and quiet. Dogs are allowed at the hotel but we didn't bring ours this time.Only thing of concern was the sofabed. It was hard and unbearably uncomfortable. Housekeeping did come and put another topper on it but to no avail. It was terrible. Apart from that, a lovely stay and would go back again. Highly recommended.”

“Classy hotel with comfortable bedding. Lovely view of harbour. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and accommodating, however it took a while to be seated, served and for our food to arrive. Possibly short staffed in this area.”
