“Lovely room with a magnificent view. Comfy bed. Well stocked mini bar. Beautiful architecture resembling the bridge beams. (That’s what I thought anyway 😃) wonderful service and above all you can take your fur friends here.”

“Booked here weeks before for their Cabana Autograph Collection, but the weather suddenly went gloomy and started raining. It was raining the whole time we were there, and was not able to use the Cabana at all. Food arrived late, orders took slow to be brought in the room as well. Lights at the balcony were broken and pool power was not functioning but we didn't mind any more as it was drizzling. We believe someone left the plugs laying on the floor at the balcony causing it to be soaked in rain water. We booked in for a good sunset view outside but sadly, we were not able to experience this during our stay (my birthday). We asked for a complimentary extension of 30 minutes - was initially approved but someone went knocking and took it back due to our "noise". All in all, staff at the reception and bar were really nice. Wish we got to experience what we came for but sadly, we only got to stay indoors as it was also too dark outside. Still enjoyed the stay tho.”
