“Nice quiet place. Overall great but a few gripes. They have disabled rooftop access. Laundry facilities are impossible to use for foreigners. Don’t even bother trying. There is a wash and fold laundry called casa da lavadeira down the street. This place also seems cheaper than the laundry facility in housi. Finally, the doorbell takes 10 seconds before it rings the front desk. Doesn’t seem safe to have to wait that long on the street in the middle of the night. Basic things like this still need fixing. No respectable hotel makes you wait 10 seconds at the door.”
