“the hotel is very old and dirty, the staff is not helpful, the room is in a terrible state, the door cards are demagnetized all the time and they have to be changed twice a day. elevators are terrible. in four days our room was cleaned once, and only after three requests for it! breakfast has disgusting coffee and everything is very dirty, including dishes. this is the worst Novotel I've ever been to! avoid this hotel”

“The service was good but they need ton invest in the rooms. The Bed was incredibly hard. The hot water took more than 5 minuts to come. The key of the door kept demagnetizing.”
