“Pluses: + As clean as a hotel can be + Hot breakfast buffet even during the pandemic + Spacious room with modern furniture + Swimming pool fun for kids, open almost all day + Friendly staff Neutral: > Plenty of parking, although paid (price is still reasonable though) > Breakfast is only up to 9am. Queue can get long after 8am so you have to get up early. Minuses: - We got charged for lobby market purchases we never made. After much insist and asking for proof that we did make the purchases, they eventually took them off. - There is *no* clear "1 person or 1 family in elevator" policy to minimize covid-19 risk, as other hotels do. Elevator stops in middle floors and people don't want to wait and squeeze in. I would take the stairs but could not find them. - The hotel is emotional support animal-friendly, despite hotels.com saying that pets are not allowed.”
