Was on the rooftop for the company Christmas party this year. Really amazing place, amazing food, very attentive staff. Parking was a little crazy but manageable. All in all a pretty amazing evening at an amazing place!!!!!

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e prestativos! Hotel lindo por dentro e por fora. Sem tráfego, você está a cerca de 30 minutos de LA e com tráfego a uma hora. Excelente localização geral. A uma curta distância da Disney. Eu estaria aqui novamente.

Belo hotel. Pessoal foi muito atencioso. Os quartos são novos e muito limpos. O lounge do concierge ainda não está aberto, mas eles nos deram vouchers para o buffet do restaurante para o café da manhã. É uma caminhada de 12 minutos da Disneyland. Ele também está conectado a um shopping, então você está perto de um cinema e restaurantes. O único aspecto negativo é que tentamos pedir serviço de quarto e ninguém respondeu. Definitivamente recomendo !!

Hermoso hotel. El personal fue muy atento. Las habitaciones son nuevas y están muy limpias. El salón de conserjería aún no está abierto, pero nos dieron vales para el desayuno buffet del restaurante. Está a 12 minutos a pie de Disneyland. También está conectado a un centro comercial, por lo que está cerca de un cine y restaurantes. El único aspecto negativo es que intentamos pedir el servicio de habitaciones y nadie respondió. Definitivamente lo recomendaría !!

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful! Gorgeous hotel inside and out. Without traffic you're about 30mins from LA, and with traffic an hr. Overall great location. Walking distance to Disney. I'd be here again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very attentive. Rooms are new and very clean. The concierge lounge isn't open yet, but they gave us vouchers for the restaurant buffet for breakfast. It's a 12-minute walk to Disneyland. It's also connected to a mall so you're close to a movie theater and restaurants. The only negative is that we tried to order room service and nobody would answer. Would definitely recommend!!

Hotel muito bom, com todas as comodidades incluídas. Flynn, na recepção, ajudou nesse check in e foi absolutamente incrível. Ele foi muito atencioso e atendeu a tudo o que poderíamos querer. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e conveniente para caminhar até a Disney. Da porta para o parque, era talvez uma caminhada de 0,6 milha, o que é muito fácil e ótimo para queimar calorias

This resort is plain and simple AMAZING. The staff here are A1 and go above and beyond to help all customers no matter level status. I will always be coming back to this resort! Also, Shout out to Alec the valet guy who went above and beyond for me this weekend.

Muy buen hotel, con todas las comodidades incluidas. Flynn, en la recepción, ayudó con este registro y fue absolutamente increíble. Fue muy atento y se ocupó de todo lo que pudiéramos haber querido. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo, y conveniente para ir andando a Disney. Desde la puerta hasta el parque fue tal vez una caminata de .6 millas, lo cual es muy fácil y excelente para quemar las calorías.

Very nice hotel, with all the included amenities. Flynn, at the front desk, help this check in and it was absolutely incredible. He was very thoughtful and catered to whatever we could possibly have wanted. Would definitely stay here again, and convenient for walking to disney. From door to the park it was maybe a .6 mile walk, which is very easy and great to burn off the calories

(1) El desayuno era muy, muy normal. Lo comí el primer día y no quise volver a intentarlo el segundo día. Puede ser debido a la epidemia, así que fue muy simple. 2) Hay una Starbus abajo.) Fui tomar uns drinques com um amigo. Não tínhamos uma reserva na cobertura, então fomos para o bar interno. A bartender, Nadia, era muito experiente e me fez algumas roupas antigas muito legais. Grande atenção aos detalhes. Ficou um pouco agitado no final da noite, mas não muito lotado.

Para um JW Marriott você espera 5 estrelas, mas não foi. O quarto de hotel era muito agradável e espaçoso. Área do bar e comida no bar era bom. Check in e manobrista ótimo. O que eu não gostei para um hotel do tipo 5 estrelas é que enquanto você caminhava pelo corredor até o nosso quarto, parecia que não tinha sido aspirado em dias, talvez mais. Havia coisas por todo o chão do corredor. Então, em algumas áreas do hotel, as pessoas bebiam ou comiam suas coisas, o que é muito errado dessa gente, mas podiam ver os funcionários passarem por ali e irem embora. Assistimos isso acontecer por 15 minutos no nível inferior enquanto esperávamos pelo nosso Uber. Finalmente um hotel como este deixando as pessoas fazerem seus cachorros correrem pela área da piscina sem coleira, completamente soltos e sem dizer uma palavra. Uma garçonete parou para acariciar os cachorros. Finalmente estamos pagando um bom dinheiro por um bom hotel e relaxar na piscina mas os funcionários do hotel pulam dentro e fora da piscina, nos espirrando, quase caindo nas pessoas, até escalam as alças usadas para sair da piscina e pular delas. A equipe não disse nada. Realmente tornou essa parte muito desagradável.

Este hotel tem os melhores funcionários e serviços. Todas as minhas perguntas foram respondidas prontamente pela equipe por meio de chat no app Bonvoy antes e durante a minha estadia. Qualquer coisa que eu pedisse para ser enviada (e era uma boa quantia) eles entregam rapidamente dentro de 5 minutos após meus pedidos. Este será definitivamente o meu novo hotel sempre que estiver na área. Além disso, Issac na recepção é um superstar do hotel! Foi ele quem tratou de quase tudo durante toda a minha estadia. Não há queixas aqui!

Para un JW Marriott esperas 5 estrellas, pero no fue así. La habitación del hotel era muy bonita y espaciosa. La zona del bar y la comida en el bar era buena. Registro y servicio de aparcacoches genial. Lo que no me gustó de un hotel de 5 estrellas es que, mientras caminaba por el pasillo hacia nuestra habitación, parecía que no la habían aspirado en días, tal vez más. Había cosas por todo el suelo del pasillo. Luego, en algunas áreas del hotel, la gente tomaba bebidas o comía sus cosas, lo cual está muy mal por parte de esta gente, pero luego podía ver al personal pasar junto a él y dejarlo. Lo vimos suceder durante 15 minutos en el nivel inferior mientras esperábamos nuestro Uber. Finalmente, un hotel como este permite que la gente haga correr a sus perros por el área de la piscina sin correa, completamente sueltos y sin una palabra. Una camarera se detuvo para acariciar a los perros. Finalmente estamos pagando un buen dinero por un buen hotel y relajarnos en la piscina, pero el personal del hotel entra y sale de la piscina, nos salpica, casi aterriza en la gente, incluso se sube a las manijas que se usan para salir de la piscina y salta de ellas. Fui a tomar algo con un amigo. No tenía reserva en la azotea, así que fuimos al bar interior. La camarera, Nadia, estaba muy bien informada y me hizo algunas modas antiguas realmente agradables. Gran atención al detalle. Se puso un poco concurrido hacia el final de la noche, pero no demasiado.

Este hotel cuenta con el mejor personal y servicio. Todas mis preguntas fueron respondidas rápidamente por el personal a través del chat en la aplicación Bonvoy antes de mi estadía y durante la misma. Todo lo que pedí que me enviaran (y fue una buena cantidad) lo entregan rápidamente dentro de los 5 minutos posteriores a mis solicitudes. Este será definitivamente mi nuevo hotel cuando esté en la zona. Además, Issac en la recepción es una superestrella del hotel. Went in for drinks with a friend. Didn't have a rooftop reservation so we went to the inside bar. The bartender, Nadia, was really knowledgeable and made me some really nice old fashions. Great attention to detail. It got a little busy towards the end of the night, but not too crowded.

This hotel has the best staff and service. All my questions were answered promptly by staff through chat on the Bonvoy app before my stay and during it. Anything I asked to be sent up (and it was a good amount) they deliver it quickly within 5 minutes after my requests. This will definitely be my new hotel whenever I am in the area. Also, Issac at the front desk is a hotel superstar! He's the one who handled almost everything for my entire stay. No complaints here!

For a JW Marriott you expect 5 stars, but it was not.Hotel room was very nice and spacious.Bar area and food at bar was good.Check in and Valet great. What I didn't like for a 5 star type hotel is as you walked down the hall to our room, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days, maybe longer. There was stuff all over the hall floors.Then in some areas in the hotel, people would have drinks or eat their stuff, which is so wrong of this people, but then could watch staff walk right by it and leave it. We watched it happen for 15 minutes on the lower level while we waited for our Uber.Finally a hotel like this letting people have their dogs run around the pool area off the leash, just completely loose and no way a word.One waitress stopped to pet the dogs.Finally we are paying good money for a nice hotel and relax by the pool but hotel staff jump in and out if the pool, splashing us, almost landing in people, even climb the handles used to get out if the pool and jump off those. Staff said nothing.Really made that part very unenjoyable.
