“Very good only if you're staying local.
Rooms are ok. The restaurant is good. Amenities are great. The pool was actually empty in the morning!
Service was ok. They didn't give me an upgrade although the hotel was pretty empty (based on breakfast attendance) but that's ok.
You have direct access to the mall next to it, and the metro station is steps away. Getting to the European side is a hassle though. You either have to spend a lot of cash on taxi or a lot of time in the public transport to get to the European side of the city.

“The hotel is central and has many options of public transportation. The hotel is great and so as the breakfast. The one thing that make me and my family come back and stay at the hotel multiple time is the personal service. The front desk manager Mr. Sinan is incredible and helped me and my mom with navigating our way in town, local recommendations (local Hamam, restaurants , and much more) and all in English. We had outstanding experience mostly thanks to him and we highly recommend it!”
