“Front desk staff were less than helpful. The area around the hotel is not good. There was a lot of homeless and it is pretty isolated. While on hotel property I felt safe, but wouldn’t go beyond that.Many businesses in the area were closed so if you needed anything you had to Uber or taxi. Also since it is right next to a hospital it was noisy. The housekeepers were lovely and so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The security and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful too! A equipe da recepção foram menos do que útil. A área ao redor do hotel não é boa. Havia muitos sem-teto e é bastante isolado. “I came to this hotel for my birthday with my daughter and we stayed for 3 days. My room floor was filthy, the pool room was filthy, and the pool water was dirty and filled with hair. We did enjoy overall everything else. The breakfast was simply awesome, and we enjoyed working out in thee gym.”
