Eu também só falo inglês e não tem sido um problema aqui. 100% recomendo ficar neste hotel. A comida é excelente e os quartos são simplesmente perfeitos em minha opinião. A senhora que leva os pedidos de serviço de quarto também está acima e além de certificar-se de que sua comida é boa e eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este lugar. “Personal muy amable, muy comuicativos y encantados de ayudarme con todo durante mi estancia en Estambul. La habitacion era grande, con una cama king sice, y vistas al mar y a la ciudad, las habitaciones estan bien insonorizadas, hotel muy recomendable. Está ubicado en la parte asiática, teniendo los ferrys a 5 minutos del hotel para llegar a la parte europea de forma rápida. Es una zona llena de restaurantes y comercios y tiene un bonito parque en las inmediaciones bordeando la costa.”
