“My family and I are extremely busy, so when we have a couple of days to hang out, we like to book hotels with pools and jacuzzi’s for quick getaways. We have kids so a pool and jacuzzi are a must. No where on the site I used to book the hotel did it say there pool and jacuzzi were closed due to renovations. So we get there and get all ready for the pool and it’s closed. Just feels like a waste, because if we would have known we would have stayed somewhere else. In addition, the lady at the front desk was not very nice about the whole thing. She was the font desk manager and seemed to have no idea how to help me with the problem. She did give us free breakfast coupons, but it’s hard to tell excited kids that there is no pool. Plus the pictures made the hotel rooms look much nicer then they are. The whole place is pretty run down. Also the restaurant that was supposed to be open was closed. The sign right outside of the restaurant posted the hours, which were clearly wrong. So overall this place was a huge disappointment.”

“It looked decent online, but it was just a little too ominous for us. There was construction everywhere, the windows were completely dirty, and there was not a soul to be seen. Room was ok, but we didn't feel comfortable to stay. The staff was very understanding and probably the best part of the hotel. Props to the staff, wish you were at another location.”
