“Always smoking smell in non smoking floors; window needs repair, when I come to my room always cold, window is open and chat be closed, needs repair,,,,looks their smoke detectors are not working. I dint recommend this hotel”

“Amazing location, great hospitality. I can only recommend to choose this Hotel for a comfortable stay in Istanbul. It’s located in one of the nicest and safe area’s of Istanbul and surrounded by very nice Cafes and Restaurants ( walking distance) The breakfast and Restaurant Menu has also different choices and very good quality.The Hotel employees are very friendly and professional.We were here on vacation , we felt very special and appreciated .”
