“Absolute hard earned five stars. Despite the discussions on the check-in on the room rate, the hotel offers everything a five-star hotel elsewhere in the world. Full room equipment including bathrobe and ironing board. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very good Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Good pool area. Although the staff often had trouble with English (which is normal in Guangzhou), we give the hotel five stars, because every employee tried everything to satisfy us. Thank you! “By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at on business.The rooms were very spacious and well kept. I was amazed by how enormous the breakfast buffet was.They serve both, Chinese and Western style breakfast - a full spread every morning.Also had a jazz singer/pianist at night. Very nice!
