“We had a good time in Eurostars Oasis Plaza hotel despite the current corona regime. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean and adapted to corona rules.”

“It's a pleasant hotel with a very nice view. And good staff services. The location is wonderful.
The bad parts:
After renting a city view suite, I was disappointed by the shower unit, it doesn't close properly meaning the bathroom will look flooded after every shower. The bathtub is not a real alternative for showering as it has one of the worse shower placement I've ever witnessed, looks good but it's not functional, ending in an even worse result than using the shower.
Overall it feels sloppy to have these suites plagued with minor issues. You go to a hotel to relax and details matter. These don't contribute to a good experience as it just falls short of expectations.
These are easy fixes and should immediately be addressed.”
