“This is the most amazing resort I’ve ever stayed in. They provided transportation from the airport and back in a black Denali SUV at no additional charge. When we arrived they greeted us with cocktails of our choice. The check in process is fast and takes place in an amazing open air lobby. After checking in, they gave us a tour of the resort and escorted us to our room. Every restaurant was amazing and very upscale. They wouldn’t even let me adjust my umbrella, they beat me to it. Every evening beer, chips and guacamole was sitting on our deck table. Absolutely insane customer service! Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal 😎!!”

“An absolutely beautiful resort with a stunning location! Extraordinarily well maintained with twice daily room cleaning. The level of service at this hotel is the highest I have ever experienced after traveling the world for the last 20 years. The front desk and concierge were available within seconds via text from my phone. The one small issue I did have during my stay was corrected within minutes of being reported and the resort made sure I was compensated without me even asking. The Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos receives my highest recommendation as a truly world class experience.”
