“The room was lovely (a Privilege room), really well decorated, spacious, clean.The bed was also really comfortable (I like a firm mattress, but not too hard - it was spot on!).The view over the Mersey was great.Less good, two of the lifts were broken and we were on the fifth floor, so lots of stair use (and when one of those lifts was fixed, someone got stuck in it).Breakfast was really busy and as a vegetarian, it was disappointing that the eggs ran out both mornings (limiting me to beans and hash browns).Important to note that the hotel car park is not attached to the hotel, but it's only a couple of minutes walk.”

“Hotel con excelente ubicación, buenas habitaciones y un desayuno aceptable, pero no es apto para grupos, eso lo padecen todos los pasajeros, posee acceso a la recepción sólo por escaleras y no tiene rampa para maletas y pot ende para discapacitados, el montacarga dejó de funcionar y no ofrecieron servicio de valetde tres ascensores uno estaba fuera de servivio, y la comida del restaurant no es la mejor, por ejemplo la sopa del día, que fue de vegetales, era excesivamente picante. Si mejora algunos sapectos es una buena opción.”
