“I came to stay at the Westin - Memorial for my birthday weekend, and the customer service from some of the staff members were excellent. Specifically, I would like to send praises to a few employees. Danny(front desk manager) and Mario at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly and genuine. Celia was the best bartender I’ve ever met. She was open to making drinks that weren’t on the drink menu. I would definetely recommend staying at this hotel to all of my family and friends! It's a true sample of southern hospitality! Eu vim para ficar no Westin - Memorial para o meu fim de semana de aniversário, e o atendimento ao cliente de alguns dos membros da equipe foi excelente. Especificamente, gostaria de enviar elogios a alguns funcionários. Danny(gerente da recepção) e Mario na recepção foram muito acolhedores, simpáticos e genuínos. Celia foi a melhor barman que eu já conheci. Ela estava aberta a fazer bebidas que não estavam no menu de bebidas. Eu definitivamente recomendo ficar neste hotel para toda a minha família e amigos! “Very happy with my stay here at this location. The staff is very friendly and always has an answer for my questions. Room is spotlessly clean. Towels are always stocked daily. Breakfast is yummy. Keep up the great work! Muito feliz com a minha estadia aqui neste local. A equipe é muito simpática e sempre tem uma resposta para as minhas perguntas. Quarto está impecavelmente limpo.
