Have stayed here many times with family and friends. Just back from another weekend stay with family. Amazing hotel. Great deals great location. Amazing helpful polite staff. Always Amazing and a great show of what village hotels are about. My favourite place for a family get away or weekend away with the girls shopping. Keep up the amazing work xx

Really enjoyed our stay at the Village hotel Swindon. Lovely spacious room. Good food (we had breakfast and dinner). Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were food too. My only minor complaint was that the beer from the bar could have been colder. Will definitely be coming back.

Most important - are the beds comfy (YES) large and very comfy. Downsides - no air-con so we had to use several fans. The bathroom has a hot rail that can’t be turned off! The hotel needs a few updates but it’s worth the price we paid. Dinner - food isn’t good at all, I given my cat better. Chicken tenders aren’t Chicken!!! Well they didn’t feel or taste like chicken!! The other items I had were all horrid. Breakfast - its ok. A few more fresh options would be nice. English cooked breakfast options are ok, the bacon sometimes can be hard and dry. I would stay again (this is my second visit) Fit the air-con please and maybe clean the carpets. But the beds are comfy and the rooms are a good size.

Excellent family room - extremely large and comfortable. Good parking facilities and decent breakfast. Pool was decent too. No complaints for the price. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Thank you for a fantastic stay❤️ We loved the hotel, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Big shout out to Sebastian, who helped us with the booking the night before our arrival 😉 The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept on, it was like sleeping on a cloud x The facilities we also perfect, my son and partner enjoyed every minute of it. And food OMG the food was fantastic, so delicious 😋 that I wished I could eat more. The breakfast great selection of hot and continental breakfast. Thank you so much for a great last minute stay 💓💓💓 And a Starbucks on side Come On what else can you ask for 😉

Excellent leisure park location well situated for family activities like bowling and cinema. The Hotel was great with friendly staff and a spacious clean and tidy bedroom. Well worth a weekend visit.

Horrible Booking and refund policy

Horrid website, constant back and forth with receptionist to gain refund, in the end did nit stay, but they charged me anyways. Rang 8 times to sort out refund in the end for them to refund me, and...

Great location for the outlet

Big hotel with plenty of free parking. Perfect location for the outlet!! Great cocktail and diner across road aswell as cinema etc. Room was big, couple of niggles but nothing major ...bed comfy...
