“Here now. Hotel rooms are very small, which is okay if you don't spend time in the room - agree with another review not to spend extra for the ocean view because you won't want to be in the room much. Customer service is not great - bar, check-in, restaurant, small shop - and I'm not usually particular about this, but rather dismissive all around (18% gratuity included). Zero locations to work even though the website advertises a business center.You can't even find a small quiet spot to take a call. When I asked, I was told "this is a party hotel."”

“Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas y lindas, muchos restaurantes para comer y lugares súper bonitos para pasar el rato. El problema son las habitaciones; exageradamente pequeñas e incómodas, si vas con maletas no habrá espacio para abrirlas, y por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente, en especial si vas llegando de la playa insolado.”
