“My family and I stayed at the "Atlan Family Hotel Guangzhou" at 2:00 p.m. on August 8, 2018. I went out to play in the afternoon and went back to the hotel to rest in the evening. I slept until about 23:00 and felt that the shoulders near the neck were extremely itchy. Turn on the lights. See a bed bug crawling on the bed! I caught the bed bugs and went to the hotel front desk and asked the hotel to send someone to check the room. After half an hour, the hotel front desk sent a replacement manager to check the room and called the housekeeping manager. The house manager said that it was normal for bed bugs in the room due to wet weather! These two managers have always been indifferent! No positive response! I had no choice but to call the police for help from the local Dashi police station. The police came to the hotel where I was staying to understand the situation and recorded it so that I could negotiate with the hotel. I went to the emergency doctor nearby at 1 a.m. to prescribe anti-allergy medicine. During this period, the hotel ignored it. We found and caught 9 bed bugs in the hotel bed at 2am! dare not live! Check in at a nearby golf hotel. At ten o'clock in the morning, I went back to "Guangzhou Atlan Parent-Child Hotel when I checked out and saw the room manager. He expressed his willingness to compensate me for the loss. He added me on WeChat and I asked for a plan at 12 noon. After that, he kept perfunctory. I asked him for the hotel owner's phone number. He doesn't give it! It's been half a month now! "Atlan Family Hotel Guangzhou" has not contacted me once! No compensation! It can be seen that this hotel doesn't care about consumers' feelings at all! This is a family hotel!”
